I understand that I should visit my GP before starting any training sessions and know of no reason why I should not participate in any exercise sessions. I therefore declare myself free of any illness, disease, impairment, infirmity or condition that may be affected by participation in exercise sessions by JJP Training Ltd.

I understand that I would be participating entirely at my own risk and waive any legal recourse for damages or death to myself or damage to property arising from my participation. Sessions will only be designed and sent once payment is received. Payment is non refundable but may be stopped at any time by the client or the trainer.

I understand that sessions will not begin until payment has been made to JJP Training Ltd. I also understand that the method of payment will be agreed upon by both the trainer and myself.
