Jonathan
Jonathan graduated in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science, and it was clear from the start that health and fitness was more than just a career—it was his passion. After a year working with a well-known health club, he launched JJP Training in 2008. Over the years, Jonathan has continued to expand his knowledge and skill set with a wide range of qualifications, including kettlebells, BOSU, TRX, foam rolling, HIIT, padwork, circuit training, sports massage to name just a few! Whether you're just starting out or looking to hit a new goal, he's got the tools and expertise to help you get there.
Jonathan has worked with clients from all walks of life and all levels of ability, so whatever your starting point, you can feel confident that he’ll tailor your training to suit you. After all, personal training should be exactly that—personal. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. When he's not training clients, Jonathan’s probably spending time with his wife, two boys, and their little dog Penny. He somehow squeezes in learning Spanish, playing the guitar, and baking cakes to some sort of music!
Oh, and for extra peace of mind — Jonathan is insured and first aid trained.
